Extend arm/interaction reach whilst sitting on cushion

Allow players to interact, whilst sitting on a cushion, from further away.

The general idea behind this is to allow players to plop down a seat in the middle of say, a redstone contraption, and toggle buttons or levels from a central seat, or perhaps be able to have a cushion farther away from a campfire, whilst still being able to interact with it, allowing just a bit more ways to build, without losing functionality.
