Remove hunger non sprinting!!

I want to keep the hunger bar as it is, except please remove the non sprinting mechanic from it, it's just annoying, and it got me killed by mobs many times, if the same thing happened to you please vote to remove this awful feature. By the way, if this is something to make minecraft more realistic, then could there at least be a configurable gamerule that keeps the hunger bar and the damage it inflicts depending on the difficulty, but remove the no sprinting at 3 hunger points completely, or make it a changeable gamerule. also end update please?
