Pigeons

Pigeons or other birds should be added to the game as common mobs found across most biomes. This would add immersion the Minecraft world as well as add to the sky as there are not many common flying mobs in the over world. They could also have interesting features. For example they could be used to carry messages across the world in the style of carrier pigeons or bring useful items to the player once tamed. Over all I think it would be a cool and cute feature to add.
