Add a Texture Category on the Minecraft Feedback Website

I recently uploaded a post in the "Blocks, Tools, and Items" category about a fix to the texture of the hay bale to match the straw bed, and thought that it would be nice if there were a 'Block and Item Textures' category for this type of post. It would let texture change requests not get lost and drowned out in the "Block, Tools, and Item" category or other similar categories.
