Optimize Render Dragon & unlock lighting for lower RAM devices

Dear Mojang Team, ​I purchased Minecraft Bedrock Edition (v1.26.13.01), but I am deeply frustrated with the Render Dragon engine. It completely locks out the "Deferred Technical Preview" and advanced lighting/shader options on my device because it has lower RAM. ​Due to this restriction, I cannot get a realistic sun or a bright, vibrant sky even when using well-optimized lightweight community resource packs. The default square sun and dull environment look very outdated. ​Please optimize the Render Dragon engine so that lower RAM devices can at least run custom skies or optimized lighting without being completely blocked. We paid for the game and deserve a beautiful visual experience too. ​Thank you, Dipro
