The Artifact and Potion of Cold Resistance

The Artifact is a new item found by brushing Suspicious Gravel that generates in the Permafrost Patches (See “The Frosty Taiga: A New Cold Biome” for context). This item seems to be an old stone something made by an ancient someone. This item is also a brewing ingredient and is used to make a Potion of Cold Resistance. This potion could be useful if you fall into Powdered Snow and start to freeze. Maybe the Artifact item could be used to craft a new decorative block. Please vote!
