A request for Keep Inventory to not be a cheat

I play Bedrock edition on Nintendo Switch, if that's important. I am a disabled gamer. I do not feel like disclosing my specific disability. I will say though, that my disability does affect my reaction time, which means I am not great at combat. I cannot play without keep inventory, as I would get stuck in death loops and make no progress, which would not be fun. I really wish I could still get achievements. So, I tried again to play without keep inventory. This time I used a gravestone add-on. Unfortunately, I still got stuck in a death loop and lost some of my gear anyways. In order to keep playing, I have had to change my game setting back to having cheats on, so I can have keep inventory. This made me really upset, because I would no longer be able to get achievements. I like getting achievements, it makes me excited as I play and marks certain progress I've made while playing. I also just dislike keep inventory being a cheat in general. For me, and I suspect some other people, it is more like an accessibility feature, to make the game most enjoyable and accessible for us. I know we are not the majority of players, but Minecraft is supposed to be for everyone, and this change would not affect people who do not use this feature to begin with. I really love Minecraft, even if I'm not very good at some parts of the game. I would be very happy if this change was made.
