Owls in the Dappled forest

I think it would be neat to add owls to the game, especially in the dappled forest. I think it would be neat if we could tame them with some sort of meat since they’re birds of prey, like rabbit meat. I also like the concept that they could sit on your shoulder or, maybe as a fun feature, sit/sleep on your head kind of like how cat sleep on your lap when you go to bed. Parrots are fun to have on your shoulder but it’s kind of annoying to have them chirping in your ears all the time, the owls could be silent and only make noise to alert you of danger. Owls could also give you night vision when they’re sitting on you which would make exploring at night easier. They could also help protect you by diving and attacking any mobs that hurt you. There could also be variants in different biomes, like Snowy owls in some Taigas, Great horned owls in the dark oak forest, and maybe a barn owl in the Dappled forest. They could hide/live in trees and only come out at night, making it so you have to explore the treetops in order to find them. Owls could also drop feathers that can be used to craft new items like a new type of arrow or something else. I also think it would be cool in general to have a bird flying around in Minecraft, especially at night. It would give players more reason to go out at night and explore above them.
