Minecraft doesn't have enough bosses. It has 4 if you count the Wither and the Elder Guardian. But with this update, it becomes 5. Once the Forgotten Shrine is activated, it disappears and the Heart of the Sky breaks apart to reveal a red elytra. Then a large, translucent humanoid figure appears, wearing the red elytra. In the first phase, he glides around and flies at you. Whenever he flies, a red damaging particle trail follows him, and in this first phase, he's flying around, trying to fly through you so you get caught in the particle trail. He does pretty brutal contact damage, too. It is possible to hit him with a sword, but a bow is way easier. Once a third of his health is gone, he lands and equips a big crossbow. The second phase starts. He flies around shooting you, and occasionally trying to do contact damage. He also starts using the same AOE attack as the previously mentioned Pale Heirs. He also throws Cloud Bombs, which are not powerful enough to destroy limestone but do have huge knockback and medium-high damage. You can craft cloud bombs for yourself using 4 frosted glass in the corners, 4 wind charges on the sides, and one tnt in the middle. They are throwable.
Next and last section will talk about the Cloud Dancer's third phase and the reward for beating it.
