Contacting support about realms

How do you even contact support about realms? it seems impossible all they have is some ai chat bot. I bought realm and at first it didn't show up so i tried contacting support only to be met with some poorly made ai that said the solution was to try purchasing the realm again to make it appear, and now i have 2 realms and no clue how to get a refund for the other one that i never wanted to get and only got because the poorly made ai gave that as a solution. Why do you even have that customer support ai? was it made with the goal of scamming people to purchase realms twice? talk about unethical business practices.
