Bring Coding ToolBox to Bedrock

Hear me out! In Education edition it is a feature for learning and stuff. but i thought about how useful it can be for people that cannot code or rather prove them selfs by doing incredible stuff with commands (or rather fixed ingame designs). Maybe add a Local/Client Script page for advanced "scripting".
