give Lapis lazuli more use

I have stacks of lapis lazuli. They should make slabs and stairs of lapis lazuli or in anvil instead of levels put there lapis.

    Lapis Weapons that have insanely low durability lower then Gold but have insane Enchants would be pretty fire.

    building blocks would be really great, since we dont have much blue blocks and it drops alot from the ores like copper does

    I heavily agree with giving it more uses, and instead of tools with low durability, id say making an enchant upgrader that, when you put an enchantment book into it, it upgrades the enchantment book into a higher level. The more XP bottles put into it, the higher the level. And maybe we could use a few more utilities to amythest than just a spyglass?
