Please add launchers to devices besides pc

Its really annoying how on almost (if not all) devices besides pc don't have a way to change the game version. I don't know how many times i've tried to test something but realized I couldn't becuase it was on a different version. But since it would be really hard to add a launcher like the one for pcs onto something like the switch or ps5, they should have an option when creating a world to change the version.
