Add the Taiga Plains (dappled forest update)

Today I was playing around with the new Dappled Forest snapshot, and I wondered what would happen if I downgraded the Dappled Forest biome to 26.2, and I got something interesting. A plains version of the taiga. 

Here is what I got. I think this would be a great biome to add to this update, and this can border plains biomes, taigas, and dappled forests.
