Better Stars

Add an optional enhanced night sky with two choices: Default (the current Minecraft night sky) and Enhanced (a sky with more stars and subtle twinkling effects). This would make nights feel more immersive while preserving the classic look for players who prefer it. The idea is inspired by the Realistic Biomes resource pack, not intended as a direct copy.
