Changing "Bonus Chest" option to Abandoned Campsite Spawn

I think it would be really interesting to change the bonus chest option to a guarantee an abandoned campsite to be nearby when you spawn (or just an additional option for it). Not sure how easy or hard this would be, but I think it would make the start of the game more interesting and you'd get more varied loot from this option etc. The loot is already early game from the campsites and fairly similar to bonus chest loot.
