Feature Request: Cross-Platform Voice Chat for Java & Bedrock

Hi Mojang team, I'd love to see a built-in voice chat feature added to Minecraft, available on both Java and Bedrock editions. Right now players rely on third-party apps (Discord, etc.) just to talk while playing together — having native voice chat built into the game would make multiplayer sessions way more seamless, especially for cross-platform play between Java and Bedrock. Ideally it would include: Proximity-based voice in-world (like party games do) A simple mute/toggle option per player Works the same whether you're on Java or Bedrock Thanks for considering it — huge fan of the game!
