The ability to use deferred renderdragon shaders in bedrock without preview

Allow Minecraft bedrock users to use the renderdragon custom features without all the fuss. Add the features into the actual game instead of just the preview and make it simpler so that most people can do it instead of the few who have actual knowledge.
