Clouds need to be see through

I'm not sure if thats intentional, but on bedrock edition clouds right now are not transparent, which they should be. If that's a bug, please fix it, if it's not, that doesn't make any sence, please fix it anyway.

    Please! Visibility is terrible from the air already without the clouds blocking out most of the view. Just a little transparency would go a long way. Or maybe even a toggle, or slider?
