Suggestion to change renderItemHotbar in Gui class

Hey Minecraft Team,

I noticed that the hotbar selection sprite is rendered behind the items in the hotbar slots. This is not a problem in vanilla Minecraft, but it can cause custom selection sprites to be covered by items. I suggest rendering the selection sprite above the items instead.
