The cows would charge at you and when it does it can cause damage but if in normal it likes two hearts but if it in hard mode it should be like four hearts but when it does charge it takes a while for it to charge again and during that you can take advantage and kill it. But how do you tame it? Well easy just take out a wheat carrot potato and they would be calm hooked and follow you. Now for wolves ,ocelots , foxes and cats I think first off there should be variants of foxes and wildcats in many biomes like Savannah wild cat or desert fox and for wolves there should be three more variant of wolves the desert wolves to hunt camels and inspire by Arabian wolves and plains wolves that spawn in the plains grasslands biome and snowy plains wolves that spawn in the snowy plains biome now they should be like piglins one moment they are in a peaceful state the next they are in hunting mode they shouldn’t be like kill on site but more how you did piglins where they are chilling and then hunting when they are in a peaceful state the rabbits chickens would still run away from them aswell as pig and sheep and horses and donkeys and llamas and camels as they would stay away from them while cows would give them a warning in which the wolves would back run away from the cows when not hunting. Now ofcourse as for how fast they run they aren’t fast there pretty slow it’s how fast they run when they panic after you hit them and if you take out a crop they calm down and follow you but that all
