Optional Black Concrete Outline Texture Pack

Hello,

I was just playing Minecraft and was placing quite a lot of black concrete. You know how there are texture packs already installed on your client (High Contrast + Programmer Art)? If you could make one that (when enabled) puts a red ring on the border pixels of black concrete? That could be super helpful for a lot of players. Maybe we could get it in 26.3. Who knows.
