Create a Free "Minecraft Bedrock Editor" Mobile App for Existing Players

On PC, Bedrock players have a built-in feature called "Bedrock Editor Mode" that lets them use map brushes, clear chunks, and copy-paste structures. Mobile players desperately need a world-editing tool like this, but running a heavy editor inside the main mobile app would cause phones to lag or overheat.
