Insulated Redstone update

The Core Concept: Any redstone component (Lamps, Pistons, Repeaters, Blocks, etc.) can be placed into an inventory crafting grid alongside a block of Wool to create its "Insulated" variant. The Gameplay Change: Insulating a component strips away its ability to give power unless directly connected infront or behind, with redstone dust not able to connect to ones next to it and lamps not able to emit power to energy next to them. It will strictly read and write data inputs from the exact directional path it is wired into, passing 0% soft-power or electrical leakage sideways or vertically to touching blocks.
