"Create New World" Should Open World Creation, not a Marketplace Ad

The create new world button should automatically direct you to the create new world menu, instead of having to click the button twice. This can be solved by putting the marketplace world screens in a different category, like the "Create from Template" button that Mojang had teased in early Ore UI development.

The "Create from Template" button would work just like how "Create New World" currently works. Create from Template would direct you to the marketplace world screen, while "Create New World" would take you straight to the World Creation screen.
