Move 'Social Drawer' back to a Play Screen Tab (Bedrock UI Fix)

Currently, the Social Drawer (formerly Friends) is tucked away at the corner of the play screen. This makes it harder to play with friends, and it is less accessible. Instead, the Social Drawer should be added as a tab between the Worlds and the Realms tabs.

The other perk of this is you can see what your friends are playing, instead of a Join button. This also makes it easier for new players to find the Social Drawer/Friends Tab, because who doesn't want a great time with their friends?

  I fully agree with this suggestion. Hiding friends in the corner drawer greatly reduces multiplayer usability. Restoring an independent Social/Friends tab will bring back the convenient experience of the old JSON UI.
