Stabalize all differences between java and bedrock

Java edition: spectral arrows. Debug stick. Mods. Bedrock: more baby mobs. Dyed leather armor with caulrons. I dont wan to have to keep switching between versions to see features i want. Java edition should have everything bedrock has, and the other way around. It would be MUCH easier.

No they aren't working on it, they are just removing bedrock's good features to make up for java's incapability
