Combat Reworking Part 3 (Swords)

swords should be able to parry weapons putting a short cool down on them with an enchantment to increase the duration it activates a parry and a separate enchantment that can't be on the same weapon that increases the duration that the parry lasts, swords blocking should reduce damage but not block it like shields or how they used to be able to.
