Compatible device and quality, but Forbids " visual effects" feature

For the realism of my game, I want to enable the "vibrant visual effects" function, but I have an Oppo A5 Pro. Processor - snapdragon 6s 4G gen 1, RAM 16 GB.. what is this?! I have many resiurse packs to unlock vibrant visuals . This is not pocket edition, this is Bugcket edition
