Movable Block Entities(But only when empty)

Java edition has usually been overshadowed by bedrock because of certain functionalities that do not have parity between both versions. One of these has been movable block entities. Block entities store data that doesn't allow them to be moved with or without their items inside. A suggestion for a change could be made so that block entities can be moved in Java. The difference here is that they are only moved when they do not store any data(when the chest, furnace, etc. is empty). This could perform a sort of compromise for java coding and has been seen in performed in snapshot 23w13a_or_b(despite being a joke update it does have this feature).
