Make dappled forest biomes generate from birch forests instead of plains.

Many people have wanted a birch tree rework for a long time and many other people use plains biomes for big builds. As dappled forest biomes will now be taking a percentage of plains generation away could we do the birch forest biome instead since they are usually very big anyways.
