Let's implement a milk splash potion!

The only way to remove mob effects is with the effect command. Even in survival, we need a way to get rid of mob effects.

    There is a way already implemented in game that allows a player to remove all status effects, which is the milk bucket. However, only a single player can use it on themselves.

     

    A useful new idea is milk splash potions and milk lingering potions can be useful against or towards other players in PVP combat. And milk potions, milk splash potions and milk lingering potions should be able to be put in cauldrons for both Java and Bedrock Editions.
