Name Tag Easter Egg: Name the new blue egg mob "Perry" for a Platypus!

Since the recent snapshots introduced the new blue eggs and the adorable blue bird/chicken mob that hatches from them, it would be an amazing easter egg to add a unique Name Tag interaction for it.

If a player names this mob "Perry" using a Name Tag, it should change its look to reference Perry the Platypus from Phineas and Ferb. 

How it could work:
- The mob already has a cute teal color.
- Naming it "Perry" adds a tiny brown fedora hat on its head.
- It could trigger a unique chattering sound effect when interacted with.

Minecraft loves fun easter eggs like jeb_ or Dinnerbone. A Perry the Platypus reference would be a hilarious and widely loved feature.
