Add a utility to move Minecraft to another Microsoft account

I recently created a new Microsoft account, but there's one problem - I can't refund or move Minecraft to another account. I have Minecraft for 3 years and I don't want to pay again just to play on the new account. I want to move Minecraft to a new account to keep everything organized.
