Allow Sulfur Cubes To Ride In Minecarts

I had many ways of using sulfur cubes in minecarts including my DK minigame where I have slimes in minecarts as barrels, I was planning on using sulfur cube with a magma cube as the barrels instead so that they don't despawn. Please Mojang allow the sulfur cubes to drive a minecart.
