I propose to you a set of new golems and minor improvements that would expand automation, combat variety, and the usefulness of existing blocks in Minecraft.
1. The Tuff Golem would act as a display case or/and simple logistics assistant, able to carry, place, and use items in designated locations for ex. milking cows.
2.The Hay Golem would harvest and drop crops without breaking the seeds. Perfect with allay collecting skills.
3. The Melon Golem would function similarly to the snow golem, but attack enemies by shooting melon seeds dealing 1 point of damage.
4. The Plank Golem would act as a mobile turret that can be equipped with arrows or tipped arrows and automatically fires at enemies- slower than dispenser but with auto aim.
5. The Blast Furnace Golem would be a variant of the iron golem: weaker by default, not tossing monster in the air, but it could be fueled with coal or charcoal, allowing its attacks to set enemies on fire.
6. The Cobblestone Golem would be cheaper and weaker early game defence unit. It may be charging dealing knockback to monsters.
7. The Grindstone Golem and Moss Golem (only two without clear idea)
Gameplay changes and additions:
1. Filling cauldrons with potions to make tipped arrows on java (like in bedrock). Many more players would use them.
2. Higher fuel efficiency in smoker and blast furnace- 1 coal per 10 items instead of 8.
3. Runes- similar to armor trims but adding 5%/piece stat boost on armor ex. attack speed, movement speed, defence etc.
