Charred Flaming Skull mob in the Nether

This mob would spawn in the nether, perhaps in some structure or temple. This skull could either be like a wither skull, or a legit charred skull to either help differentiate the wither skeletons from this charring, since that's how they seem to be that wither skeletons may not be as charred or different from charring in some cases, like with how the bedrock wither spawns them. 

The Flaming Skull mob would, once slain, drop their skull, but, if you pick it up, they have a chance to be more animated. thus, they could burn you or rather burn your hand and make the player take some damage as their holding the skull. perhaps this mob could even be reanimated somehow. also this skull would be different, as the skull would state the mobs name, thus showcasing that the skull is different from a regular wither skull or regular skull.
