Add a "Hide Hand" option for Java Edition

Hello! Currently, in Minecraft Java Edition, the first-person hand model takes up a significant portion of the screen, especially when playing on small laptop screens. Unlike Bedrock Edition, Java's hand size cannot be reduced through GUI Scale or FOV changes. 

Please add a separate "Hide Hand" or "Toggle Hand Visibility" toggle in the Video/Accessibility Settings. This would greatly help laptop players and improve accessibility without forcing us to use F1 mode (which hides the entire HUD) or third-party mods.
