Allow honey to lock shelves for building versatility

With the new poplar wood shelves coming to the game, it would be the perfect time to add this feature. It would be awesome if we could use honey on shelves to disable their interaction. Once coated in honey, players wouldn't be able to add or remove items from the 3 slots. This prevents accidental clicks and makes them much more versatile for decoration.To unlock them, players could simply scrape the honey off using an axe, exactly like waxing and unwaxing copper blocks. This should also work on all other blocks commonly used for decoration that have interactions, such as barrels, composters, or lecterns. It would give builders total freedom without accidental clicks ruining the functionality. Just like copper blocks, you could easily scrape the honey off using an axe to unlock them.
