Owls would be the perfect fit in a new forest biome as we do not have many birds right now. They can also become utilized by players for practical purposes such as delivering books and bundles to other players.
Owl Suggestions:
-Attaching a bundle or book to an owl and feeding meat will allow a player to send any other player currently on the server a package.
-Interacting with an owl will pull up a menu of players currently online.
-Owls when given their payment of meat will teleport to the vicinity of the targeted player, hoot loudly, and drop whatever package they are holding.
-Owls will be able to teleport regardless of distance and dimension.
-A message to the targeted player will appear in chat when the owl arrives.
-The owl will linger around for a few seconds in order for a message to be sent back to the former player.
-IMPORTANT: Players wearing mob or player heads will not be available to be sent packages in order to accommodate certain situations.
-Owls will sleep during the day and hunt rabbits during the night.
-They will spawn in Dappled Forests and Dark Forests.
-They will come in five different colors including brown, white, tan, gray, and spotted.
-Owls will be neutral.
