For lack of the 'helpdesk' option I placed it under website.
I have a complaint/problem with the Helpdesk.
I'll try to follow your proper feedback rules:
What do you want done?
The past years I've had a few issues with my minecraft account and or purchases.
Ive reached out to the helpdesk numerous times for several different issue's and I have literially NEVER had an issue resolved.
And each time after like 1 or 2 questions they forcibly close the support ticket without doing anything.
Its gotten to the point Im actively angry at the company. Having bugs in your system is one thing.
But refusing to restore nor refund removed 'paid' content. Ander being presented with proof of purchase in multiple ways is where I draw a line and start calling it what it is. A scam.
I'd like better regulation of the support staff and to be actually helped or at least explained why I "can't" be helped. Instead of just 'removed'.
Why do you want something done?
Because I believe it's outrageous to sell something for quite a bit of money and then make it unavailable to the buyer.
Be it addons or acces to onlineplay.
How do you want something done?
I'd like someone to at least check some of the 'closed' tickets to judge if the situation was resolved, or if the helpdesk employee acted correctly.
And Dicipline or remove the employees who 'just dont care.'
Im really done with having to make the same support requests over and over. 😓
Getting tired and sad.
