Shelf mushroom should also spawn in birch forests

As seen in the official Minecraft concept art of the birch forest, shelfmushrooms should grow on birch trees. I think it looked really nice in the concept art and would really make the birch forest a lot better and more beautiful. And realistically shelfmushrooms also grow a lot on birch trees.
