[J&BR] sound & skulk hearing dampening wool slabs for acoustic redstone

it would be cool if wool slabs could be placed on underside, sides and top of blocks.

that halved sound detection mechanics...

so next to a skulk sensor:

1 slab would dampen from 8 to 4 and 2 slabs would dampen to 2

a full wool block is 100%mute, 1 wool slab is 50%mute, 2 wool slabs is 75% mute.

While the lectern tech with calibrated sensors is sound filtering,

this idea is sound detection range dampening,

conveniently compressed within the space of a single block.

builders would like the deco, but this adds acoustic redstone functions
