Stack placement of Mushroom Caps

When I saw that mushroom caps from the Dappled Forest biome drop, I just thought of something: what if the mushroom caps can be placed stack like wildflowers, leaf litter, and pink petals does? But in walls. Like in wildlife in real life, where you can see multiple mushroom caps growing on the trunks of trees. It would make builds more immersive when you're in a forest or in an abandoned building which you know that place has been untouched for a long time. And it can be placed up to 1-4 versions of it on any block like the cactus flower as decoration. Please we need more wall decorations besides Item Frames, Paintings and Glow Lichen!
