Better Rails

Id just like to see the rails able to form a smooth path rather than straightish 90 degree turns. For example when building a 9 diameter Minecraft circle the rails would smooth into a rounded rail track. Next example, a bridge built diagonally, the rails may end up making 5-xxxxxx amount of turns on that diagonal railroad bridge making the ride less enjoyable. Another example, in the effort to further immerse oneself into my worry free world, id like to be able to attach carts and make my own train. Consider this, as much as modding is cute and fun it misses one of the biggest target audiances, minecraft vanilla players. These players loose the ability to see a moving train. Instead if we can in fact smooth out the rail roads why not introduce an engine block and an engine block minecart! In addition to this fuel deposits could be hidden underneath a dappled forrest or bones could be smelted into bone particles and brewed into fuel. More importantly so, the ability to move blocks without the creation of a flying machine and sticky pistons. An envelope could be made around a new minecart, allowing so many blocks to be built onto this moving minecart to atleast make the impression of a real moving train. the only issue with a vanilla train made of blocks attached to a minecart is clearing the 90 degree turns. i believe in your ability.
