Leaves make violin sounds

Because a leaf block resembles a mini tree in real life due to the branches, the wood there is thin. Depending on the leaves:

*Any green leaves (including azalea and flowering azalea), cherry leaves, pale oak leaves, and yellow poplar leaves make violin sounds. (F#4-F#6)

*Orange poplar leaves make viola sounds. (F#3-F#5)

*Red poplar leaves make cello sounds. (F#2-F#6)
