With the addition of the Abandoned camps and the wool stairs, the campsites themselves look great! but the tents could use some work in my opinion.
Firstly,
It bothers me that we have all these different campsites in different biomes, but the wool is always plain white wool wherever you find them. I believe the variants, which seemingly are already in place, should have different biome-related colors to the tents, to help them be less jarring to the scenery in some biomes. Specific colors also adds a nice way to show wool can be different colors to a new player, who may encounter wool stairs from the tent as their first exposure to the wool block set.
Secondly,
The tents structurally look awkward, as stair structures in the game consistently have the under-stair to make the blocks look more connected. Sure, I could see this making the tent look more "blocky" and thick, however I feel like that would add to the charm of It, as well as make the tent feel more cozy and low to the ground as most tents of the sort are.
Thirdly,
This may already be planned, but the tents on the pillager outposts should also utilize the stairs. although I'm sure this has already been suggested by someone/thought of by the devs, so I'm sure this is already being implemented, but I'm adding it here just in case
Overall, I understand this is the first snapshot, so everything is very subject-to-change right now, but that's also why I thought I'd cast my line and see what bites. Thanks!
