Generate shelf mushrooms in Oak and Birch forests

With the introduction of the new shelf mushrooms in the latest game drop, it would be amazing if they generated outside of just the Dappled Forest. Please consider allowing shelf mushrooms to naturally generate on the trees and fallen logs within Birch Forests and Oak Forests as well. To keep the Dappled Forest unique, they could spawn in these biomes with a much lower, rarer generation rate. This change requires no new items or blocks, but it would greatly enhance the ambiance and environment of existing forest biomes.
