I should not need to log in to play a singleplayer game.

I opened up the launcher, and it took considerable time to update. Then, I had been signed out for some reason. I had to sign into Microsoft via Xbox, neither of which should be required for Minecraft, a singleplayer game. Trying to log into Microsoft gave me an error code with no explanation. The Xbox app did not load at all. I decided to try to uninstall the launcher and reinstall it, but reinstalling it brought me the same issues.

NONE OF THIS SHOULD BE REQUIRED FOR A SINGLEPLAYER GAME.
