Chaos Bucketed

I want to add a Bucket of Mob for every mob. Also, I want a Redstone device called the Scooper. The scooper will be this recipe:

[C] [R] [C]

[S] [S] [S]

Where:

I = Iron Ingot

C = Copper Ingot

S = Sulfur

R = Redstone Dust
The Scooper will require a bucket as input. It will scoop liquid or mobs like Water Bucket and Bucket of Fish. When done, the output is collectible by a Hopper or a player. It is perfect for Redstone circuits because you can take a cow from the outside to a mob farm.
